    Each week we'll have a live webinar so that you can drop in and ask questions.  We'll also do a live demo of a technique at each of the webinars.

Learning Outcomes and Course Outline

In this program you will learn:

  1. Four methods of self-hypnotism.
  2. The most important drivers of human behavior, and how to apply them in your own life.
  3. How to identify limiting beliefs that are keeping you from having what you want.
  4. How to create suggestions to give yourself in self-hypnosis that will actually work.

Week One

  • Learn a basic definition of hypnosis.
  • Identify the four stages of the hypnotic experience.
  • Explore the theme of control, and how it causes a lot of our problems.
  • Learn and practice the eye roll/progressive relaxation induction.

Week Two

  • We'll explore thought models and belief systems
  • You'll start connecting those models to your own limiting beliefs
  • We'll coach you on how to break those limiting beliefs
  • Explore the theme of feeling worthy.
  • Learn and practice the Dave Elman Induction method.

Week Three

  • Connect emotional activators to behavior
  • Identify what emotions have to be activated by hypnotic suggestions
  • Learn the framework for crafting hypnotic suggestions that get the desired effect.
  • Explore the theme of fear vs love.
  • Learn and practice priming as a form of self-hypnosis.

Week Four

  • What does it take to create lasting change?
  • Lots of Q&A connecting the content to your actual area of improvement.
  • Learn and practice visual fixation inductions
